May 6, 2012 - it could be a faulty battery. except for when it happened to 4 different ipod touches of different gens and an iphone. no one could have that much bad luck.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 6, 2012 - That sounds like a faulty phone or battery. not the norm I would suspect.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 6, 2012 - now that makes sense, except for the lazy part. Lots of people have more important things to do that try and get a phone or tablet to look and sound a certain way. Hence, the reason why Apple does so well, they give you something to use that looks and works great with minimal customizing needed. When others companies get this, devices using android and others will take off and give Apple a run for its money!

chris978820 Says:

May 6, 2012 - there r 2 types of people in this world. those that want complete control over their phone and how it looks. and those that are too lazy for that and want everything set up the same exact way. both android and iphone sell but that's how it's broken down. enough said.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 6, 2012 - Just not enough to get people to leave the iPad or iPhone, which are still the hot buys. Especially the iPad, it is destroying android tablets in sales!

chris978820 Says:

May 6, 2012 - Android can do alot more. that alone makes it better

rockintuber100 Says:

May 6, 2012 - you are a strange individual. Androids are not better, as you have said, they are only more customizable. The screen alone on the iphone is better than android and the battery life is better on iphone, lets not even get into the ipad over android tablets! Again, just the screen alone on the ipad makes anyone wonder why there are android tablets. maybe to take up shelf space? Apple seems to always make the better products that are worth the premium price.

chris978820 Says:

May 5, 2012 - lmao u r seriously beyond any sort of help. i have already explained why and how u r wrong with everything u just said so there's no reason to repeat myself. just read what i have already said in my previous comments and hopefully u will figure it out. but i somehow doubt it.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 5, 2012 - No, you did not prove anything other than android phones need to be customized to be able to reach th smoothness and usability of the iphone. As for battery life, you can read all about complaints about android phone battery life and how the battery life of the iphone is superior, except for an HTC phone and a Samsung phone. I hate adding to my android phone as when I do, battery life starts sucking aways, while my iphone brethren have no problems. I even had HTC send me a new battery, no luck.

chris978820 Says:

May 5, 2012 - wut i meant about the battery was that if u have the iphone plugged in u see the normal charging icon in the battery. but when its done charging the icon changes to a little plug icon. u may think its done and thats it but if u keep having it plugged in the battery slowly goes bad.I should know.my friends iphone had a great battery that lasted all day.he kept it plugged in all night which was more then it shouldve been.after a while the battery went from lasting all day to lasting a few hours.

chris978820 Says:

May 5, 2012 - nope. the charging is the same on every android phone. its just the type of batteries and charging ports that all android phones use. and you dont have to learn about the battery. lol. its just common sense. even my mom who barely knows how to use her android phone figured it out and her battery lasts all day. probably longer but she charges it every night either way. why r u still talking about customization? i already proved why androids better cause of the customization

rockintuber100 Says:

May 5, 2012 - That is interesting. Except for a couple of android phones, the iPhone is better than all other phones by more than 2 hours. From what I have read and been told by iPhone users is the phone will stop charging after 100% charge. So I am not sure what you are talking about. Most people that use their phones are not into learning about the battery and now to keep it going longer. This is the same for customizing. Apple takes away that need as it is setup for a smooth user experience.

chris978820 Says:

May 5, 2012 - everyone i know that has android knows how to save the battery. its really not that hard to figure out. and i have used an iphone and the battery really isn't that much better than android. only difference is that u can't change it so it has to be good. and if u charge the iphone for too long it will start to damage the battery life. i have seen it happen on every ipod touch and iphone i ever used. t on Android i can have my phone plugged in for a month with no problems

rockintuber100 Says:

May 5, 2012 - Good point, but how many people know how to properly use their phone to save battery? The reason why apple is so successfull is they take that type of knowledge and do it for you rather than you having to figure it out. Apple takes what users want and incorporates it into their products and operating systems. I still do not know why others have not figured this out? There are the few though, that like to figure it out on their own or change it around, but for the majority, apple got it!

chris978820 Says:

May 5, 2012 - no lol. Apples not there. I have used an Iphone but I personally dont like the way the homescreen looks. It looks very similar to the androids homescreen which is why i customized it and installed a different launcher app which added more to it. remember before when i said everyone likes different things. perfect example. u like how iphone homescreen looks. but i dont. and even the battery isnt an issue if u know wut u r doing

rockintuber100 Says:

May 4, 2012 - Like I said, I have the HTC phone, I start to customize but why bother. I like to use something, not work on it to get where I like it. That is what Apple does, which is why I chose the Imac over the PC. I can work on customizing the PC to where I want it, but, the Imac is there for me already. So I spend more time using it than customizing it. Plus, it works better than a customized pc. Also, all that customizing comes at a price, like the battery.

chris978820 Says:

May 4, 2012 - wut u still dont understand is that most android users chooses to customize their android phone.not because they have to. only because they want to. The phone works great but like i already said many times not everyone is the same. someone may like one thing.someone else may hate it. by customizing it everyone will be satisfied.iphone users just never had the ability to customize so they dont know the benefits. and u said"most ppl want a product thats ready to go"u r talking about iphone users.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 4, 2012 - Followup: should say to tinker with pc's or other devices such as android. Which makes the android great to customizing or tinkering fiends. Yet, the apple device is great and incredibly smooth and functional without needing any customizations. So, Apple gives users what they want with their products from the start, non apple vendors leave it to its buyers to customize or tinker with their basic products, cuz, they need it.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 4, 2012 - I understand fully why the need to customize, I like to tinker with PC's as well. But what you fail to understand it, most people want a product that is ready to go and has all the flash and pizzaz that apple offers. I find the Imac is all that and more than windows 7, yet you can customize windows 7 more than the imac. But, then you run into issues since windows customizations and tinkering are not supported by MS. Apple just makes great products! Now, you can pay the same or more to tinker.

chris978820 Says:

May 4, 2012 - I think u r missing the point of this entire argument. lol. there r ppl out there like my friends that enjoy customizing their cars. some ppl even get jobs just so they can buy parts for their cars no matter what it is cause there are millions of ppl on the planet and not everyone likes the same thing. when u customize android u can tweak the speeds but most ppl just change the look of the homescreen and some of the basic apps. not cause they need to but cause they can and want to.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 4, 2012 - Except that the BMW needs to customizing as it is as fast as you need and looks great! My point is, sure you can put on chrome rims, change the paint, etc, but, it will not affect how it is used. The iphone needs to customization as it is great as it is and ready to use. Android needs the customization as it is not ready as smooth or ready to use as the iphone. Like I said, you can get a ford focus and spend time and money or just get the BMW!

chris978820 Says:

May 4, 2012 - to make it better and faster. bad example. lol. alot of people do work to their cars to make them look better and faster by changing parts on it. Same goes for iphone and android. both phones r great. if they weren't they wouldn't sell? but by customizing it u can make the already great phone even better.

rockintuber100 Says:

May 4, 2012 - I am not sure if you are so caught up in your android fanboy world that you did not read that I have an HTC phone. I have seen an iphone in action and I see why it is a hot item! But, I went with free over a wanted item. I see lots to like in android devices, and I still see how the ios is a hotter item due to its smooth interface out of the box. If a BMW gives you want to you want, why feel the need to customize or tinker with it.

chris978820 Says:

May 4, 2012 - i will always want to customize it. for example when i got my HTC phone it was great and had everything i wanted. but i still downloaded apps and customized it to make it better. a few months later i changed it so much that it felt like i got a new phone. then a few months later i customized it again. i just customized it last week. and no phone is perfect that customizing is needed. i know u would agree with me if u were able to. u sound alot like an apple fanboy in denial. lol

rockintuber100 Says:

May 4, 2012 - Apple does not control how you use the iPhone, they give you everything to have a great experience using the iPhone without having to tweak or have a need to customize. Customizing is great, but if a device has everything I want and more, why would anyone need to customize? BTW, I have an HTC android phone. It is great, I just find from my friends using their iPhones that those are cool phones as well. And since I have an iMac at home, I will need to get an iPhone for better syncing.
