Aug 11, 2011 - @arishnasty i know because there are two reasons for it i too had this problem this is because there were some scratches on your gta 4 dvd if u have scratches on ur gta 4 disc then buy a new one if then also it don't work then your pc processor is not good for gta 4 some times this happens when u don't have a good or a suitable procecssor for gta 4 so check ur system requirements before buying a new gta 4 and check the game requirements also!!!
