I understand that most people in need were not reached but that's not because the Clinton foundation stole the money as you insinuated. this money is a drop in the bucket you can't expect a private foundation fix a disaster created by an incompetent malevolent gov.

Oct 27, 2007 - that's not true. they gave to specifically rebuilding projects but private foundations are just a drop in the bucket if you have a government that's actively against rebuilding subsidized housing all they can do is give some limited help to NGOs and hope this money will be allowed to be spent by gov. I urge you look into details.
