It's been mentioned by old friends of Jobs that he had the concept of the iPad over 30 years prior to it's final realization.

Then Apple DIED after they kicked Jobs out, actually he resigned and sold his stock losing money. Jobs then invented OS X originally known as the NEXT OS, he bought PIXAR when it was nothing and he came back to save Apple and hired and help manage and promote Apple into the most successful tech corporation on the planet. That was all POST Woz, he made Woz a billionaire. Steve Jobs=modern Apple.

I tend to look at this thing the other way round - it was Jobs' ideas and passion that pushed great engineers like Woz to do their best and produce wonderful products like Macs, or better, invent the computer industry as we know it. In a way the engineers are mere executors of great ideas visionaries have and it seems to me that Woz recognized that fact in this short interview.

When you look at who went to the moon, you say NASA. You don't really think of any of the engineers because they are all scouted by NASA and put in the hot seat to make NASA's plans come to light.
