Mar 21, 2012 - i'm doing this! :) i've been growing my hair out for three years now, with no intention of donating it until I hit sophomore year, and I was like, I'm gonna do it. So now I'm in the middle of Junior year and it touches the back of my jeans... i don't want my hair to get cut right at my shoulders though, so i'm waiting a little bit more until I can get my hair cut off to where I need it to be :D

Aug 9, 2011 - I donated over 18" the last time I drastically cut my hair, and it was in layers so to donate the shortest layer had to over 10" FYI. Now my hair is close to my waist so I think I'll donate it again
