May 6, 2012 - Yes, you can connect your Macbook via its on-board Bluetooth to the ZiiSound D5 without the adapter. And if you purchase the ZiiSound D5 from the Creative website, you will get the BT-D1 USB transmitter absolutely free! Do note that this is a limited time offer!

Feb 27, 2011 - @williamstart123456 Technically, you can do so by connecting the BT-D5 Bluetooth transmitter to the iPad and dock it to the ZiiSound D5. However, you have to rest the iPad against the wall or something as I don't think the dock can take the weight of the iPad alone :)

May 31, 2010 - Hello! creativestores, while moving house I lost the power adapter for my ZiiSound D5 . Please tell me from where I can purchase a replacement power adapter. I do not see one listed on your US website . One more thing, tell me why the hell there is no customer service telephone number listed on your website? Do you have a customer service department or are you guys operating from a garage??!!! Its really frustrating...............expect your reply soon!

May 26, 2010 - Hi, you don't have to use the adapter to connect your iPhone to the ZiiSound D5 if you do not want to! You can simply use the iPhone's Bluetooth to stream music to the ZiiSound D5. The iPhone adapter simply allows you to have better wireless audio quality and instant connectivity (just plug in and its connected).

May 25, 2010 - I really like this, but i'm looking for a more portable one for my iphone / ipad and i wish I didnt have to use the adapter to connect.

May 16, 2010 - Hi, unfortunately, the ZiiSound D5 only comes in Black. However, the Creative D100 comes in various colors! Google "Creative D100" to see more :)

May 16, 2010 - Hi, if you google the ZiiSound D5, you will find many reviews that say that they are very surprise with how powerful the ZiiSound D5 is despite its small size!

May 13, 2010 - I have always bought Creative mp3 players including the 6Gb Nomad Jukebox, Nomad Jukebox 3, Zen Micro, Zen NX, Zen Vision M and Zen Vision W, I also have the Z500 Playdock for the Vision M. Does this mean that I have to buy an Ipod to enjoy these new Bluetooth Creative speakers (I know it has aux input), also does it come in white instead of that horrible black?

creativestores Says:

May 13, 2010 - Hello varunasingh! The Zii branding is only reserved for our top of the line products. The D5 is our flagship product for our wireless speakers line, and that's why it has the privilege of having a ZiiSound attached to it.

h3ll0oo Says:

May 11, 2010 - @creativestores Do you offer "out of warranty REPAIR service" at a reasonable price , for ZiiSound D5 if it become FAULTY AFTER 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD? Or is it like your are gonna ask me to purchase a new one if ZiiSound D5 goes bad after its warranty period?

creativestores Says:

May 9, 2010 - Hello, i know how frustrating it may be. Unfortunately, it's an iMovie limitation.

May 8, 2010 - Hi, I just want to know how "hard" it sounds... what about the volume? How many watts of output?

creativestores Says:

May 8, 2010 - Hi gogh09, the ZiiSound D5 is a speaker for multiple devices! You can connect your iPhone/iPad/iPod with the bundles transmitter, or your laptop and PC with the BT-D1 Bluetooth dongle. And you can connect the ZEN X-Fi2 to the speaker via the AUX-IN jack at the back of the speaker! We even provide you with the audio cable for that! Hope this answers your question!

gogh09 Says:

May 7, 2010 - Did I understand that correctly: Creatice provides a Sound System for I-Phone, I-Pads and I-somewhats but not for their own Products. I purchased a Creative Zen X-fi2 recently - did I buy a dead product ? There is no hint connecting "Zens"
