May 4, 2011 - The regular annotations on this video didn't show up on my iPhone, but the invisible annotations do. Something to consider as many people will access this type of video via their e-mail on thier phone or through the YouTube App.

Oct 1, 2009 - There are 4 types of annotations: speech bubbles, notes, highlights, and pause buttons. Highlights is the "invisible" option. Hope that works for you!

Oct 1, 2009 - Your video looks great! Where did you find the "invisible" option for annotations? We added an annotation and got the clear "box" annotation ... plus a bunch of ugly black "pop-ups" that won't go away. Would appreciate any help/advice. =)
