I owned him when I asked him, " where were all the jobs when Bush gave them all the tax needed during 2001-2008 years?" which they are still receiving those tax breaks

May 20, 2012 - Most people don't know about the 47% rule. If you "pay taxes" out of your paycheck during the year, and get 99% of it back in the form of a refund, then how much did you REALLY pay? Some people will argue that those who get all, or most of their money back are at the "poverty level". Fact is, you can make over 50,000 per year and STILL get all or most of it back.
